How do we get started?
It begins with a short discovery call. We’ll chat about your business, what’s feeling heavy, and what kind of support would help you breathe a little easier. If it feels like a fit, I’ll share a proposal outlining next steps.
What are your rates?
My hourly rate ranges from £37.50 to £40, depending on the nature and depth of the work. For ongoing support, I recommend a monthly retainer for clarity and continuity. Project-based pricing is also available for things like podcast launches or website builds.
Can I hire you for just a few hours a month?
Yes – I work with some clients for just 5–10 hours a month, and others for 30+. We’ll find a rhythm that suits your needs and budget. I’m flexible, but I value long-term working relationships over one-off jobs.

How do you track your time?
I use time-tracking software and send clear breakdowns on your invoice. You’ll always know what’s been worked on and when. However for some types of work a retainer of deliverables works best for both of us.
Can you create content for me?
Absolutely. I specialise in storytelling-led content – blog posts, case studies, email newsletters, podcast scripts, and LinkedIn posts. I can also help repurpose long-form content across different platforms.
How do you communicate with clients?
Most communication happens via email, Basecamp, or a shared Notion board. I also offer regular check-in calls, depending on your needs. I believe in open, respectful communication – no overwhelm, no endless notifications.
